Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Below is our cancellation and refund policy to ensure a transparent and fair experience for all our guests. We strongly recommend reviewing this policy before confirming your booking.

Booking Confirmation

  • All reservations at Becky's Cottage are confirmed only upon receipt of an advance payment as agreed during booking.
  • Bookings are considered tentative until the advance amount is received and confirmed by our team.
  • Booking confirmation will be communicated via WhatsApp or call.

Cancellation & Refund Schedule

The following refund schedule applies based on the notice period provided before the check-in date:

⚠️ All cancellations must be communicated directly via WhatsApp or phone call to +91 99807 37171. The cancellation date is considered the date on which our team acknowledges receipt of your cancellation request.

Date Changes & Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling is subject to villa availability and must be requested at least 7 days prior to the original check-in date.
  • One complimentary date change is allowed per booking, subject to availability.
  • Additional rescheduling requests may incur a nominal fee, to be communicated at the time of request.

Circumstances Beyond Our Control

In the rare event that Becky's Cottage is unable to accommodate your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (natural calamity, legal restrictions, or property-related emergencies), we will offer either a full refund of the advance amount or a complimentary date change, at the guest's preference.

Damage & Security Deposit

  • A refundable security deposit may be collected at the time of check-in.
  • The deposit will be refunded in full within 3–5 business days after checkout, subject to no damage to property or amenities.
  • Any damages assessed during checkout will be deducted from the security deposit.

  • Provide your booking reference, check-in date, and reason for cancellation.
  • Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
